The Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Assistant / Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Manchester office. Working closely with HR and teams across the business, you will play an important role in maintaining an efficient, welcoming and well-organised workplace. This is a varied role that combines office administration, facilities coordination, employee support and event organisation. The successful candidate will be hands-on, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy, organised and professional office environment across all communal areas.
  • Liaise with the building management company and external suppliers to ensure office-related issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of sample sales and office events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including onboarding activities and workstation setup for new starters.
  • Manage office, kitchen and studio supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed when required.
  • Support general administrative tasks across the business.
  • Receive and organise deliveries, post and courier services.
  • Welcome visitors and provide front-of-house support when required.
  • Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative projects as needed.
  • Support the wider team with day-to-day office requirements to ensure a positive employee experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in an Office Assistant, Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Studio Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience within fashion, retail, creative or consumer brands is advantageous but not essential.
