You’ll be based in one of our main hubs, London, and collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple European markets.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Build persona-based sourcing plans and collaborate with Employer Branding to craft targeted messaging.
- Maintain a structured, data-informed process, analysing funnel performance and driving improvements.
- Champion candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a high standard of engagement.
- Leverage automation and TA tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Looker, Brighthire) to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Drive weekly funnel reviews, highlight insights, and partner with stakeholders to remove blockers.
YOU’LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Bring hands‑on experience in high‑volume Sales recruitment, ideally across multiple European markets.
- Have a proven track record in structured hiring (scorecards, interviewer training, data‑driven decision‑making).
- Excel at building relationships with stakeholders and influencing hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
- Use data and insights to guide hiring strategy and continuously improve funnel performance.
- Have strong communication and prioritisation skills, thriving in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.
- Are naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by creating great candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Fluency in English and an additional European language (e.g. Italian, French, German, Portuguese or Spanish).
