In this role, you own the end-to-end CAB planning for acquisition channels and build scalable financial models to support growth decisions. You partner with channel leads, marketing and product teams to embed financial insights into commercial choices. You’ll surface risks and opportunities through deep-dive analyses and help migrate planning from spreadsheets to scalable tools. You’ll lead with clarity for senior stakeholders and guide a junior analyst, shaping revenue growth and product initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and customer acquisition budget planning for acquisition channels, including scenario analyses and proactive insights
  • Act as primary finance business partner for channel leads, embedding models into decision-making and influencing assumptions
  • Conduct country/merchant category/channel level analyses to identify revenue risks and opportunities and present to senior audiences
  • Build business cases and revenue forecasts for product growth initiatives
  • Support migration of planning from spreadsheets to scalable forecasting tools and improve month-end workflows
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to an intern or analyst to develop analytical skills

Key requirements

  • Strong FP&A, revenue planning, or management consulting background with independent ownership of analytical workstreams
  • Expert financial modelling skills including multi-driver models and scenario analysis
  • Proven ability to partner with commercial/marketing stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Clear, structured communication translating analysis for senior non-technical audiences
  • Comfort in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
