We own globally coordinated campaigns (e.g., Valentine’s Day), manage brand consistency across markets, and explore new growth opportunities within our “productivity zone” (like direct mailing).
We’re now seeking a Marketing Manager who will act as the glue between our teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and our brand shines consistently across every channel.
About The Role
The Marketing Manager will support the Central Brand Marketing team by planning, coordinating, and optimising global campaigns and initiatives. You’ll keep our marketing machine running on time, on budget, and in sync with our strategy.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves connecting the dots across complex projects, and has the confidence to remove blockers before they become issues.
You’ll Do- Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives by managing the central calendar, defining deliverables, and anticipating risks
- Set clear campaign structures with timelines, responsibilities, and mitigation plans to keep projects on track
- Build robust reporting systems to track performance, share insights, and recommend improvements
- Facilitate post-campaign reviews to embed learnings and continuously optimise results
- Strengthen cross-team collaboration by aligning with Product, Sales, Retail, and Marketing stakeholders
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency in tone, design, and messaging across all channels
- Serve as the central connector for cross-functional efforts, removing blockers and streamlining processes
- Deliver campaigns with impact (on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards)
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability that drives alignment and effective execution
- 3-5+ years\' experience in marketing project management, campaign coordination, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing or international company
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A keen eye for brand consistency and creative quality
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to changing priorities
