As a Junior Inbound Account Executive, you’ll convert inbound leads into loyal customers, guiding small businesses through their first steps with SumUp.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team — your role is to qualify, consult, and convert
- Connect with small and medium-sized businesses by phone and email, building trust and understanding their needs
- Deliver product demos and confidently explain how SumUp can solve real-world business challenges
- Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth lead conversion
- Report regularly on sales performance and stay aligned with team goals and growth targets
