As an Inbound Account Executive – Netherlands, you’ll work with inbound leads from the Dutch market, guiding small and medium‑sized businesses through their first steps with SumUp and helping them choose the right solutions for their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team in the Netherlands — qualify, consult, and convert.
- Connect with small and medium‑sized businesses via phone and email, building trust in both English and Dutch.
- Deliver tailored product demos and clearly explain how SumUp solves real‑world business challenges.
- Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring structured follow‑ups and efficient lead conversion.
- Track your performance, report on results, and stay aligned with team and regional targets.
- Collaborate with the wider European sales team to share insights about the Dutch market and customer trends.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
- Speak Dutch fluently (C2/native level) and English at professional level.
- Have experience in a phone‑based or customer‑facing role (sales, support, retail, hospitality, etc.).
