Field Sales Representative – SumUp
We are seeking sales individuals with previous field sales experience working within a B2B sales environment to join our Field Sales Team. In this role, you can earn uncapped commission while building genuine relationships with local entrepreneurs and helping them grow with SumUp’s innovative products.

Responsibilities
- Connect with local business owners (cafés, barbershops, boutiques, salons) and help them discover easier, smarter ways to take payments and grow their business.
- Demonstrate simple tools such as payment systems and point‑of‑sale devices, showing how they fit each business’s daily reality.
- Plan your territory, follow up with interested businesses, and turn “maybe later” conversations into “let’s get started.”
- Become a familiar face in your community, growing reputation and referrals.
Qualifications
- Previous B2B field sales experience or transferable customer‑facing skills.
- Driven, ambitious attitude and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
