About The Team

Our Sales Training team is a group of highly engaged and commercially minded trainers, working across Europe to make sure every field sales representative has the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed from day one. In the UK, we're growing fast — and the quality of that growth matters just as much as the pace. This role sits at the heart of that ambition: you'll be the person who turns new hires into active, high-performing field reps, and helps existing reps keep raising the bar. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership without being asked, and genuinely cares about the impact of great training, this is a role worth getting excited about. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Field Sales Representatives are trained, supported, and activated across the UK — with a direct impact on their early success and on the growth of the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging onboarding for up to 60 new field sales representatives per month through a blend of live workshops and self-directed content, taking ownership of their readiness from day one.
  • Lead role-play assessments and accreditations to evaluate sales readiness, provide constructive feedback, and ensure new hires are equipped to make their first sale.
  • Track activation rates and new joiner performance data to measure the commercial impact of training, identify gaps early and take action to improve outcomes.
  • Partner with the existing UK Field Sales Trainer and Training Team Lead to design and continuously improve programmes that drive sales volume, quality, and multi-product adoption.
  • Work closely with Territory Managers, recruiters, and Sales Enablement to share insights on candidate readiness, onboarding engagement, and early performance—and use those insights to improve what comes next.

You’ll be great for this role if…

  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and feedback skills, with the ability to engage people with different levels of experience.
  • Proven experience delivering live and virtual sales training, including role-play facilitation and accreditation sessions.
  • Ability to connect training initiatives directly to commercial outcomes such as activation rates, rep performance, and sales results, and take ownership of those numbers.
  • Experience creating and adapting training materials, including assessments and self-directed content, that hold up in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital learning platforms (LMS), sales tools, and blended learning approaches.
  • A valid UK driving licence and comfort travelling across the South of the UK to deliver in-person training.
