In this role, you expand revenue within SumUp’s existing merchant base by promoting the product ecosystem and ensuring customers maximize value. You will work closely with merchants to understand their ongoing needs and deliver a consultative, high-quality experience. You’ll prioritize outreach using CRM data and past interactions, keeping records accurate while pursuing weekly and monthly targets. This position offers growth in a global fintech environment with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to existing SumUp merchants to identify opportunities to expand their use of SumUp's product ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their ongoing needs and providing a consultative, high-quality experience
  • Qualify and prioritise outreach using CRM data, lead lists, and past interaction history
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date across activity, pipeline, and progress
  • Hit — and ideally beat — weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity and revenue generated

Key requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a phone-based sales or outbound role
  • Confident, natural communicator who builds trust quickly
  • Target-driven with ownership of own performance
  • Organised and consistent, focused on fundamentals
  • Team player who shares best practices
