About the team

Our Field Sales Talent Acquisition team is on the front line of growing SumUp's self-employed sales force across the EU, spanning both established and emerging markets. We're a fast-moving team with big targets, and right now we need someone who can take ownership of the operational engine that keeps our hiring running at pace. As the team scales across core and new EU markets to accelerate growth, this is a real opportunity to own the operational heartbeat of a high-impact hiring function and make a measurable difference to how quickly we bring great people into SumUp.

What you'll do

  • Manage and activate both internal and external referral programmes, finding creative ways to reach our self-employed talent pool and track payout reporting.
  • Handle the full Express Hiring process for team manager referrals, working closely with team managers to ensure screening is completed correctly.
  • Complete first-stage screening of all Meta lead-form applicants (averaging around 15 leads per country per day) before passing them to recruiters for interviews.
  • Research and test new outbound sourcing channels, from social media communities to university networks, to grow our candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct regular job board audits to keep our adverts competitive, well-positioned, and attracting the right applicants across EU markets.

You'll be great for this role if…

  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to track referral volumes, lead data, and job board performance without heavy guidance.
  • Experience managing high-volume, repeatable administrative workflows with accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to spot trends in data, such as referral conversion rates or lead response times, and flag insights to the wider team.
  • Comfort working across multiple tools and platforms simultaneously, staying organised when priorities shift.
  • A proactive, structured approach to work, with a genuine sense of ownership over the tasks you take on.

Opportunity to work with a truly global, multicultural team from our central London Bridge location. This involves an office-first setup.

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: be part of a workplace that values and promotes diversity, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone's perspectives are respected and embraced.

Generous time off: enjoy 28 days of paid leave (pro rata), plus bank holidays and special leaves.

A dedicated annual L&D budget for attending conferences and/or advancing your career through further education.
