As an Inbound Account Executive – Nordics, you’ll work with inbound leads from the Nordic region, guiding small and medium-sized businesses through their first steps with SumUp and helping them choose the right solutions for their needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team across the Nordic markets — qualify, consult, and convert.
  • Connect with small and medium-sized businesses via phone and email, building trust in both English and your Nordic language.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and clearly explain how SumUp solves real-world business challenges.
  • Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring structured follow-ups and efficient lead conversion.
  • Track your performance, report on results, and stay aligned with regional targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Nordics team to share insights about market trends, customer behavior, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Speak English fluently and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) at professional level.
  • Have experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role (sales, support, retail, hospitality, etc.).
  • Feel confident engaging decision-makers and building trust quickly.
  • Are curious about fintech and motivated to understand the Nordic SMB landscape.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Bring a proactive, team-first attitude and enjoy collaborating across markets.

Bonus points for: experience with payments, POS/EPOS software, SaaS, or Excel — but we’ll teach you what you need.
