  • Benchmark compensation and talent models across markets, translating insights into strategic recommendations.

You’ll Be Great for This Role If

  • You bring deep People Partnering and HR leadership expertise, having successfully influenced and delivered impact across multi‑country, high‑growth organisations.
  • You have a proven track record driving people and organisational transformation within dynamic, fast‑evolving sales or commercial environments.

  • You’re comfortable influencing at VP and Director levels, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
  • You use data and insight to shape decisions and measure impact.
  • You thrive in an environment of change and growth, bringing resilience, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Italian) are a plus.
