We are looking for a Solution Architect (EMEA) to guide customers through the integration process, providing technical support and ensuring seamless implementation. You will help design the best integration approach, test solutions, and collaborate with the product team to enhance our offerings. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset to bridge customer needs with product capabilities.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Communicating with the customers and assisting them with technical questions during the integration stage

  • Helping to select the best approach to build the desired integration scheme

  • Testing integrations

  • Communicating with the product team on product development

About You:

  • Prior relevant experience as a Solution Engineer / Solution Architect / Technical Support in various software designs, languages, and architecture (Ideally 3 years of experience)
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages (JavaScript)
  • Notion of various operating systems and databases
  • Ability to work independently and solve tasks in a short time and under the pressure of a highly competitive market
