Now we are looking for a proactiveSenior HR Operations Specialist tomanage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), acts as the main employee contact for inquiries and escalations, and contributes to HRIS/data projects and various HR initiatives at the international scale .
What You Will Be Doing:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and system setup.
Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant exit experience.
Maintain, update, and audit employee records in accordance with internal standards and legal requirements.
Ensure the secure management and proper organization of all HR files and documentation.
Monitor changes in labor laws and employment regulations; ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant.
Prepare, analyze, and submit accurate HR reports for internal management and regulatory bodies as required.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, procedures, and benefits.
Address routine employee concerns and escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR leadership.
Collaborate with HRIS and data teams to design, test, and implement dashboards, reports, and system enhancements.
Contribute to HR initiatives and special projects, such as process improvements, policy revisions, and system rollouts.
About You:
4+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws (at least one EU country is a must), compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR highly desirable).
Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach to employee support.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate complex issues appropriately.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Experience supporting HR process improvement or change management projects is highly desirable.
Experience with HR automation would be a benefit.
