What You Will Be Doing:
- Conduct continuous market and customer research to deeply understand users, competitors, and market trends, with a strong focus on B2C user behaviour and decision-making.
- Define and refine value propositions, positioning, and messaging for a B2C-style product, while ensuring alignment with Sumsub’s broader B2B platform narrative.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, owning hands-on execution and contributing to the evolution of scalable launch and announcement processes.
- Drive conversion improvement across the full user funnel in close collaboration with Growth and Product teams, applying a data-driven, experimentation-led mindset typical of B2C products.
- Plan, execute, and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent and compelling product messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop hypotheses, run experiments, analyse results, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Create, test, and optimise marketing assets (sales presentations, landing pages, creatives) in close collaboration with the Brand & Creative team.
- Act as a hands-on connector between Product and GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing), ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.
About You:
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing or Product Marketing experience in SaaS, with direct experience working on B2C or B2C-style products.
- Strong hands-on execution skills, with experience owning day-to-day Product Marketing work end to end — from research and messaging to launches, experiments, and asset creation.
- Proven experience partnering closely with Product Managers, building strong working relationships and collaborating on roadmap priorities, user insights, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience defining and launching products, including positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging input, and promotion strategies.
- Solid experience in market research, customer segmentation, and translating insights into clear, actionable marketing decisions.
- Experience planning, executing, and optimising complex, omnichannel marketing campaigns in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and experimentation to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working independently in a high-pressure, competitive environment, demonstrating ownership, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
