Now we are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Travel Support Specialist to join our Travel Team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth travel experiences for our team members globally, handling everything from daily administrative tasks to supporting major company meet-ups.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Onboarding: Set up and manage traveler profiles for new employees on booking platforms.
- Booking Assistance: Help book simple flight and hotel itineraries for team members.
- Data Tracking: Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets trackers for events and meet-ups.
- Feedback & Surveys: Send out travel surveys, collect responses, and follow up with employees.
- Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for basic travel-related questions.
- Team Assistance: Support the Travel Team with daily admin tasks and help during peak periods or special events.
About You:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic online tools.
- A positive team player with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of any additional languages is a big plus.
