We’re currently seeking a Partnership Manager to lead the growth and strategic development of our partnerships program in Europe. This role is pivotal in expanding our partner ecosystem, driving joint business opportunities, and establishing scalable processes in a high-growth environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing and expanding relationships with key partner accounts
  • Building and growing a high-impact partner network in Europe, including through cold outreach, strategic event engagement, and ecosystem mapping
  • Driving partner enablement and growth, including training, co-marketing, and sales acceleration initiatives tailored to the European region
  • Qualifying and advancing inbound partnership requests, supporting partners through evaluation, onboarding, and integration
  • Contributing to the evolution of internal tools and processes to improve partner experience and operational efficiency

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within the SaaS
  • Strong understanding of direct vs. channel sales models
  • Strong track record in partner development, including cold outreach and strategic ecosystem building
  • Demonstrated success in outbound partner development, including cold outreach and ecosystem activation
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships from the ground up, within the European region
  • Experience working in or with crypto, iGaming, fintech, or other regulated, fast-paced industries
  • Familiarity with compliance, including KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding processes is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and drive results independently
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
