We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel (Product Compliance: Crypto) who will be responsible for providing legal support for crypto‑related products and services, as well as offering guidance on compliance and regulatory matters within the crypto space.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct legal research on the regulation of digital assets.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams on VASP authorizations across various jurisdictions.
- Monitor, analyze, and assess regulatory developments in digital assets, while proactively updating teams on significant changes.
- Review marketing materials related to the regulation of digital assets.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned, with opportunities to expand your expertise.
Must Have
- Law degree. If no law degree, extensive experience in compliance and strong legal research skills are considered.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the crypto industry (preferably worldwide, at least in the EU), particularly AML/CFT framework.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
Nice To Have
- Over 1 year of practical experience in the crypto‑asset field or in AML/CFT‑regulated companies.
