We’re looking for an Internal Events Manager who loves bringing people together and knows how to turn logistics into great experiences. At Sumsub, internal events are a big part of how we stay connected across countries and time zones - and you’ll help make those moments happen. The role is hands-on and fast-paced, and occasionally involves traveling to support company meetups in other regions. Most travel is planned, but from time to time you may also join events in the EU or other international locations when needed.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Help organize both in-person and hybrid events: team buildings, offsites, corporate celebrations, town halls, and other internal initiatives.
  • Handle the full logistics cycle: tickets, hotels, venues, vendors, catering, scheduling, setup, and on-site coordination.
  • Work with the Head of Internal Events to plan and track budgets. Make sure projects stay within approved numbers and follow internal processes.
  • Coordinate branded swag for internal events, onboarding, and engagement activities.
  • Spot gaps, suggest improvements, and help make each event smoother than the last.
  • Partner with Travel, Educational Team, Office Management, HR, Design, and Finance.
  • Act as a go-to person for colleagues who need help with event logistics or materials.

About You:

  • 2-4 years of experience in events, travel, operations, or similar field.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and handle moving parts.
  • Confidence managing vendors and on-site logistics.

Would Be a Plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international company.
  • Ability to support events in different countries, including occasional EU travel when required.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and project management tools.

What We Offer:

  • Remote-first, trust-based culture.
  • True flexibility.
  • Extra time off.
  • Work that matters.
  • Compensation.
  • Truly global.
  • Growth built in.
  • Team offsites.
  • Getting you set up.
  • Friendly by design.
