Are you in? We're out to elevate run culture. Creating specialty products that positively contribute to the sport we love. Join our founding team. This role is for someone who dreams of building a challenger brand in the running space from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Ed (founder) and the wider team to deliver on our marketing strategy across digital, events and retail.

We’re looking for someone with a broad set of marketing & sales skills with a specific hunger to lead on taking our retail partnerships, activations and ambassador programme to the next level (UK+EU+US). Sense of humour, massive ambition and a thirst for adventure are a must.

Key focus:

  • Ownership of retail marketing strategy.
  • Ownership of retail relationships (current + new).
  • Ambassador management (PR, influencer & athlete).
  • Events & activations (retail & trade).
  • CRM management.
  • Brand Strategy.
  • Digital channel input.

KPIS:

  • Retail & events revenue.
  • Ambassador programme performance.

Required experience:

Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience. Sales experience beneficial but not mandatory.
