Creating specialty products that positively contribute to the sport we love. This role is for someone who dreams of building a challenger brand in the running space from the ground up. We’re looking for someone to bring their strong operational and financial experience to organise, systemise and sharpen our operational rigour for scale across each pillar of the business; DTC, retail and events. You will work closely with Ed (founder) and the team to expand our product range and venture into new markets (EU + US). Sense of humour, massive ambition and a thirst for adventure are a must.
The role in 3 words:
- Ownership of budgets, cash flow & forecasting.
- Management of accountant and bookkeeper.
- Management of supply chain logistics (inventory tracking, order replenishment etc).
- Management of unit economics (with Product Developer).
- Internal operational refinement & reporting.
- Management of 3PL.
