Role Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, whilst predominantly working from home.
This role provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistical arrangements.
Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and reports, organizing documents and files, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls and email inquiries, screen and direct communications, and ensure professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
The role also involves supporting the planning of meetings and events, preparing presentations, and maintaining confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
