Role
YouTube Producer – Food & Lifestyle Content. We’re working with a fast-growing digital food and lifestyle channel that blends entertainment, humour, and storytelling to engage audiences on YouTube and beyond. They’re looking for a YouTube Producer to shape and deliver standout content, taking ideas from concept to screen with flair and creativity to resonate with large, digital-first audiences.
This role is ideal for a producer who lives and breathes YouTube, understands food culture, and can create content that’s funny, entertaining, and shareable. You’ll be hands-on across the full production cycle, from pitching ideas and scripting to managing shoots and collaborating on edits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, pitch, and produce food-led video ideas tailored for YouTube and social platforms.
- Manage shoots end-to-end from pre-production planning to on-the-day direction.
- Work closely with presenters, editors, and creative teams to bring episodes and formats to life.
- Shape stories that are entertaining, fast-paced, and audience-first.
- Keep on top of YouTube trends, formats, and styles to ensure content feels fresh and relevant.
- Support post-production by guiding edits and ensuring content lands with humour and energy.
- Collaborate on channel growth strategy, ensuring content aligns with brand and audience goals.

- Proven experience producing content for YouTube or other large digital-first channels.
- A portfolio of work that shows strong instincts for entertainment, humour, and audience engagement.
- Experience leading shoots, scripting, and managing production workflows.
- Passion for food, travel, and lifestyle content.
- A creative, funny, and collaborative mindset with the confidence to experiment and push ideas.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
