A fast-growing talent and creator management agency is looking for an experienced PR and positioning professional to join the team in a broad, high-impact role. The agency represents a diverse roster of digital creators, influencers, models and athletes across the UK and beyond, and this hire sits at the centre of how they grow both their talent and their own public profile.
There are two clear mandates: move talent beyond social media and into mainstream culture, and drive the agency's outward communications forward across every channel. This is a role for someone who understands both worlds, knows how to operate in them simultaneously, and has the contacts and instincts to make things happen.
What you'll be doing

- Build and execute tailored PR strategies for individual talent, with clear objectives around mainstream visibility, media presence and long-term profile building.
- Pitch and secure placements at high-profile events including film premieres, awards shows, fashion weeks and major cultural moments.
- Develop compelling press materials including bios, press releases, one-pagers and pitch decks suited to different media targets.
- Identify and organise media moments, vox pop content and activations designed to drive cultural traction and keep talent relevant between campaigns.
- Manage podcast activity end to end, including scheduling, guest sourcing, format development and sponsorship integration.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, producers and publicists across entertainment, lifestyle and culture verticals.
- Event Management
- Own all event logistics from start to finish, including accreditation, transport, styling coordination and on-site support.
- Attend events as the primary liaison between talent, brands and media, ensuring smooth execution and strong content capture throughout.
- Build and maintain a reliable network of event organisers, photographers, PRs and venue contacts.
- Coordinate and prepare talent for media interviews, press junkets and on-camera appearances, including briefing notes and run-of-show planning.
- Agency Communications and Social Media
- Write and commission thought leadership content for LinkedIn and relevant trade platforms that positions the agency as an authority in the creator and talent space.
- Support the production of high-quality photo and video assets for talent portfolios, working with photographers and videographers as needed.
- Maintain a consistent and distinctive agency voice across all external communications.
- Talent Strategy
- Participate in talent meetings and contribute well-informed perspectives on positioning, career direction and public narrative.
- Work closely with talent managers to ensure PR activity is closely aligned with active and upcoming brand partnerships, avoiding conflicts and maximising commercial impact.
