Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Women’s Model Booker to join their team. This role is responsible for managing and developing a roster of female models, securing bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brands, and industry professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, manage, and promote a roster of female models
- Source and secure bookings for fashion shows, campaigns, editorial shoots, e-commerce, and commercial projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, casting directors, photographers, and brands
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and usage agreements
- Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for models
- Provide career guidance and development strategies for models
- Scout and recruit new talent
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2+ years experience as a women’s booker
- Strong network within the fashion and advertising industries
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
