The Role
We’re looking for a creative Videographer & Content Manager to launch and grow a new YouTube channel documenting the journey of two successful entrepreneurs and how they scaled their multimillion-dollar business.
This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing stories to life through video and knows how to create engaging, YouTube-first content. You’ll be capturing the journey from behind the scenes to in-depth “how-to” style content, helping to build personal brands and audiences in both the UK and the US.
You’ll shoot, edit, and shape content with energy and creativity - suggesting formats, experimenting with styles, and knowing what makes YouTube content perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and produce engaging content for YouTube and social, capturing the founders’ journey and business insights.
- Shape ideas and pitch new formats, themes, and storytelling angles.
- Edit videos for YouTube and short-form platforms with pace, clarity, and creativity.
- Collaborate with the London-based founder on shoots, while coordinating with the US-based founder to integrate their self-shot content.
- Optimise content for platform performance, from storytelling to thumbnails, titles, and pacing.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and output to help grow the channel’s audience.
- Work independently and take ownership of content delivery end-to-end.
What We\'re Looking For
- Proven experience creating YouTube-first content, ideally for entrepreneurial, lifestyle, or documentary-style channels.
- Strong filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Creative storyteller with an eye for detail, humour, and audience engagement.
- Proactive mindset, someone who brings energy and ideas rather than waiting to be directed.
- Knowledge of what makes YouTube channels grow and how to package content for reach.
- Confident, collaborative, and comfortable working closely with talent/founders.
- Organised and adaptable, able to manage projects across time zones.
