This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling through video, knows how to craft platform-native content, and thrives in a collaborative, idea-first environment.
You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team of editors and designers, reporting to the Head of Studio, and working across a mix of projects from branded content to pitch materials, all with creativity at their core.
Key Responsibilities- Edit dynamic, social-first videos across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Add motion graphics (e.g., lower thirds, animated subtitles, transitions) that enhance viewer engagement.
- Join creative brainstorms to help develop strong video-led content ideas.
- Design social assets and mockups for decks and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and editing best practices in the social/content space.
- Proven experience in video editing, ideally in a creative or content-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Comfortable in Photoshop for basic design needs.
- A strong editorial sense, understanding narrative, pacing, and tone.
- Flexibility to work from detailed briefs or take creative initiative from raw footage.
- A good feel for what works on different social platforms, not just specs, but tone and timing too.
- Bonus if you’re happy shooting on lo-fi devices (iPhones, etc.) or helping on small sets.
