4 Days In, Central London | 1 Day WFH
We’re working with a talent and artist agency representing a diverse roster of creatives, artists and talent across fashion and luxury. They’re looking for an organised, proactive Talent + Production Assistant / Junior Producer to support their agents and help keep a busy roster running smoothly.
This is an opportunity for someone with production experience and a passion for the creative industries to gain hands-on experience across talent representation, bookings and brand relationships
The Role
- Support agents with the day-to-day management of their talent and artist roster
- Coordinate diaries, bookings, meetings and appointments, keeping options and confirmed schedules up to date
- Organise travel, accommodation and itineraries for shoots, events and projects
- Liaise with talent, brands, creative teams and production contacts, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Manage the agency’s social media channels and keep the website updated with artists’ latest work, projects and news
- Assist with preparing talent presentations, portfolios and pitch materials, keeping agency assets current
- Provide day-to-day administrative and practical support to the agents and wider team
- Assist with digital brand partnerships & social campaigns - from outreach to delivery
About You
- At least one year’s experience in production or working in a talent/artist facing role
- A strong interest in fashion, luxury, talent and the people shaping the creative industries
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to calmly manage multiple projects at once
- A proactive approach and a willingness to get involved
- Keen to build a career within talent / artist representation
