We’re working with a fast-growing creator and talent business looking to hire a commercially driven Head of Talent & Partnerships to help build and grow its influencer partnerships division. This is a great opportunity for somebody with experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or talent management who understands how to win campaigns, build relationships and oversee projects from pitch through to delivery. The business already has strong internal support across talent, creative and campaign delivery. This role is focused on growing the commercial side, bringing in opportunities, developing partnerships and helping shape a new area of the business.

The Role

  • Build relationships with brands, agencies and commercial partners
  • Win creator-led campaigns and partnership opportunities
  • Lead pitches, partnership conversations and campaign planning
  • Oversee campaign delivery alongside internal teams
  • Help grow and shape the influencer partnerships division
  • Support and oversee junior team members as the team expands

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management or social-first agencies
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and influencer landscape
  • Proven experience winning campaigns, partnerships or commercial opportunities
  • Existing agency and/or brand relationships
  • Experience overseeing campaigns from pitch through to delivery
  • Commercially confident, relationship-led and entrepreneurial in approach
