Job Role: Talent Manager

Location: London

Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE

ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of clients spanning sports, social media influencers, and TV personalities. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship-builder, a savvy negotiator, and an expert in managing talent careers across diverse fields. This role requires a deep understanding of branding, contracts, and the media landscape, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary representative and advocate for assigned talent, ensuring their best interests are upheld in all negotiations and opportunities
  • Create personalized strategies to grow each client’s career, leveraging opportunities in brand partnerships, media appearances, endorsements, and other ventures
  • Identify and negotiate brand collaborations, endorsement deals, and sponsorships to align with clients’ goals and personal brands
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and shifts in digital, entertainment, and sports industries to keep clients competitive
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring fair terms and compliance with industry standards

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years in talent management
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and the sports/entertainment industries
