Job Title: Talent & Influencer Assistant Location: West London, Hybrid Salary: Up to £28k DOE Our client is looking for a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Talent & Influencer Assistant to support their Talent team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the creator economy, pop culture, and talent management. You’ll be instrumental in supporting their roster of digital influencers and TV personalities, helping to coordinate day-to-day tasks, manage communication, and contribute to overall talent success. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to talent managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and call scheduling Draft and review contracts, brand deal briefs, and campaign deliverables under guidance Assist with talent onboarding, project tracking, and campaign timelines Coordinate travel and event logistics for talent appearances, shoots, or press Communicate with talent, brands, PR teams, and production contacts on a daily basis Conduct research on industry trends, brand campaigns, and potential talent partnerships Requirements: 6 months of experience in talent management, influencer marketing or a related field (internships count!) Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and content trends Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for pop culture and the creator economy Preferred Experience: Previous experience working directly with talent or influencers Knowledge of contract terms and deal structures in the digital/media space Awareness of emerging creators and entertainment trends SUMO is an equal opportunities employer.
