ABOUT THE JOB
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Executive / Runner to join their team, working closely with content creators, producers, and celebrity guests. This role adds an extra layer of support to their Producer, ensuring that all talent-related needs are managed smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for both creators and guests while helping to maintain seamless production processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for talent, creators, and celebrity guests during shoots, recordings, and events
- Provide on-the-ground support to ensure guests feel welcomed, prepared, and comfortable
- Assist the Producer with scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day coordination of talent
- Support in casting research, outreach, and booking talent when required
- Provide PA-style support, including diary management, booking appointments, and ad-hoc administrative duties
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- 1.5+ years experience in a production, runner, or talent-focused role working with content creators
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- A proactive and flexible approach, willing to adapt to the changing needs of production
