Talent Agent - Digital & Ent (Liverpool)

Our client is seeking an experienced and connected Talent Agent to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has strong relationships across the entertainment, brand, and digital media industries, with a proven ability to identify, sign, and manage high-potential talent. This role involves guiding the careers of digital creators and television personalities through strategic planning, deal-making, and brand development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent and manage a roster of digital creators, influencers, and/or on-screen talent; provide career strategy, branding, and content direction
• Source, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships, sponsorships, content collaborations, and media opportunities
• Identify and secure new revenue streams for talent across digital, broadcast, podcasting, live events, and merchandising
• Maintain and expand relationships with brands, production companies, studios, publicists, and media executives
• Stay informed on trends in entertainment, digital media, influencer marketing, and audience engagement

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working at a talent agency with digital & broadcast talent
• A proven track record managing both established and emerging talent
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
