A high-profile content creator with a substantial and rapidly growing audience is looking for a talented Social Media Manager and Producer to join their team. This is a hands-on, creative role sitting at the heart of a content operation with serious ambition, supporting the growth of one of the most exciting personal brands in the UK and US market. You will be involved across the full content cycle, from ideation and scripting support through to editing, scheduling and performance tracking. This is not a community management role. It's a production and creative position for someone who lives and breathes social content and knows what makes audiences stop, watch and follow.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and delivery of a content strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, with a clear understanding of how each platform works and what audiences expect from each.
- Producing and editing short form content across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels and LinkedIn, with a strong eye for pacing, hooks and format.
- Contributing to scripting and content ideation, helping to develop recurring series and formats that build audience loyalty over time.
- Repurposing long form content, including podcast episodes and longer video, into compelling short form assets across multiple platforms.
- Supporting the planning and logistics of filming and recording days, including scheduling, content calendars and asset management.
- Working closely with editors and producers where required, briefing clearly and maintaining a high standard of output.
- Monitoring performance data across platforms, identifying what is resonating and feeding insight back into the content planning process.
- Staying ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes and emerging formats, and proactively bringing ideas to the table.
What we're looking for:
- Around three to five years of experience in social media, content production or a closely related role.
- Hands-on production and editing skills across short form video, with proficiency in relevant editing tools.
- A strong feel for social-first storytelling, hooks, pacing and what makes content perform organically.
- Solid working knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn and the distinct content behaviours on each.
- Some exposure to podcast or long form video content and how it translates to short form distribution.
- Comfortable contributing to scripting and ideation, not just executing briefs handed down to them.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for content, platforms and the creator economy.
