We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to take ownership of content across a portfolio of social-first accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what makes content perform and wants real influence over what gets produced, how it’s shaped and how accounts grow over time. You’ll be working closely with a creative team in a fast-moving environment, with the opportunity to have a direct impact on output and performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and managing content across multiple social accounts
- Identifying what’s working and using that to shape future content
- Feeding into content direction, including structure, hooks and overall approach
- Working closely with editors and creatives to improve output
- Managing content calendars and keeping accounts organised
- Publishing content and ensuring it goes live effectively
- Monitoring performance and continuously refining the approach
What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years’ experience in social media or content
- Background in a social, influencer or content-led environment
- Experience working with talent, creators or personality-led accounts preferred
- Strong understanding of what performs across social platforms
- A good instinct for content quality, structure and engagement
- Ability to analyse performance and apply learnings
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Proactive, detail-oriented and confident working at pace
