We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to support a high-profile influencer with a growing global audience. You must have an interest in entrepreneurship and business. This role requires a sharp eye for content, a deep understanding of current trends, and the ability to maintain a consistent, authentic voice across multiple platforms. You’ll work directly with the influencer and a small team to shape and execute the digital content strategy, manage engagement, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
  • Draft engaging copy and collaborate on visual storytelling that aligns with the brand voice.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and DMs in a tone aligned with the brand.
  • Stay current with platform updates, trends, and tools.
  • Collaborate with brand partners and manage sponsored content deliverables.
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for talent, influencers, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across multiple platforms.
