You’ll be creating content regularly, experimenting with formats and helping grow our social presence through strong storytelling.

- Coming up with ideas, hooks and repeatable formats that feel native to each platform
- Filming content (often on phone) and editing it quickly and confidently

- Reacting to trends, cultural moments and opportunities where relevant
- Reviewing performance and iterating on what works
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience creating short-form content (brand, publisher, agency or personal channels)
- Understands hooks, pacing, retention and engagement
- Is comfortable filming and editing their own content
- Thinks in formats and series, not just one-off posts
- Is curious, creative and happy experimenting
