The Role
We\’re currently working with a fast-growing, UK-based fashion brand known for creating contemporary, streetwear-inspired collections that blend comfort with high-end style.
They\’re looking for a Social Media Content Manager to take ownership of their content strategy across social platforms. This role is hands-on and creative, you’ll be ideating, producing, and managing high-fashion content that reflects brand identity and resonates with the community.
From styling shoots and capturing behind-the-scenes moments to planning campaigns and managing daily posts, you’ll ensure their content not only looks great but also performs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage engaging fashion-led content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other key platforms.
- Produce and edit high-quality content in-house, including photography, short-form video, and behind-the-scenes coverage.
- Own the social content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of posts that align with product drops, campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Stay on top of fashion and social media trends to keep our content fresh, aspirational, and relevant.
- Manage day-to-day posting, community interactions, and performance tracking.
- Work with the wider creative and marketing teams to deliver joined-up campaigns that drive both brand and sales.
- Analyse content performance and adjust strategy to maximise reach, engagement, and growth.
What We\’re Looking For
- Experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or culture-led brand.
- A strong portfolio of fashion content creation (photo and video).
- Hands-on skills in content production – shooting, editing, and styling.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- A passion for fashion culture and a sharp eye for what looks and feels “high fashion” online.
- Strong organisational skills to manage calendars, deadlines, and multiple campaigns at once.
- Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
