This role is ideal for an ambitious and commercially-minded talent professional who is passionate about the creator economy and enjoys helping talent build sustainable, long-term careers. You'll be responsible for growing and managing your own roster of creators while identifying opportunities that extend beyond traditional brand partnerships.
Working within a close-knit and collaborative team, you'll play a key role in shaping talent strategy and driving the continued growth of the agency.
As a Digital Talent Manager, you will act as the day-to-day representative and strategic partner for your roster, helping creators achieve their personal and professional ambitions. You'll develop long-term career strategies, secure commercial opportunities and explore new avenues for growth across podcasts, live events, broadcasting, publishing, licensing, IP and other creator-led ventures.
Key Responsibilities- Build, develop and manage your own roster of digital creators across comedy, food, travel and lifestyle.
- Devise and execute long-term talent strategies aligned with each creator's goals, ambitions and personal brand.
- Proactively source, negotiate and secure brand partnerships and commercial campaigns.
- Identify opportunities across podcasting, live events, broadcast, publishing, licensing, IP and additional revenue streams.
- Develop strong relationships with brands, agencies, broadcasters, production companies & platforms.
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee campaign delivery from brief through to completion.
- Stay ahead of creator economy trends and identify emerging, exciting talent.
- Previous 3 years experience within talent management.
- Proven experience securing and negotiating commercial partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Experience at identifying, scouting and signing new creators.
- Well organised - able to prioritise and manage multiple talent & projects at once.
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit, collaborative team and contributes positively to agency culture.
