We are looking for a Short Form Content Creator and Social Media Manager who is genuinely comfortable on camera and excited by the idea of becoming a recognisable face of the brand across TikTok and Instagram. This is a role for someone who loves coming up with an idea and then bringing it to life themselves, scripting it, presenting it, filming it and shaping it into something people want to watch and share.
You will be the creative engine behind our short form video and static content, working closely with the wider marketing team to make sure everything you create lands with the right audience on the right platform and supports the bigger picture. Your job is to take the concept and make it brilliant for TikTok and Instagram specifically, then put yourself in front of the camera and deliver it with personality and confidence.
What You Will Be Doing- Coming up with original content concepts and ideas built specifically for TikTok and Instagram, from the first spark of an idea through to a fully scripted and storyboarded piece ready to shoot.
- Being a genuine on-camera presence, presenting confidently across short-form video formats including TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories, and becoming a familiar and trusted face that audiences recognise and engage with.
- Writing scripts that feel native to TikTok and Instagram, with a tone and pacing that suits how people actually watch and scroll on each platform.
- Filming and producing short form content largely independently, taking ownership of the full process from setup through to delivery.
- Editing video content to a high standard for short form platforms, with a strong eye for pacing, hooks, trends and what makes someone stop scrolling.
- Planning and managing day-to-day content across TikTok and Instagram, with a consistent presenting style and visual identity tailored to each platform's audience and format.
- Staying closely attuned to TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, formats and features, and bringing fresh, platform-native ideas to the table regularly.
- Bringing creative energy and ideas to prize and competition content, helping make every piece feel premium, exciting and worth watching.
- Directing and contributing to product photography and videography, ensuring everything reflects the quality and tone of the brand.
- Working closely with the wider marketing and performance team to understand what is working on each platform, taking on board data and insight, and using that feedback to keep improving the content you create.
- Genuine experience creating short form content and presenting on camera for TikTok and Instagram specifically.
- Confidence and warmth on camera.
- A strong instinct for what works on TikTok versus Instagram, and the ability to adapt tone, pacing and format accordingly.
- Strong scripting and storytelling instincts, with the ability to take a brief or an idea and turn it into something genuinely engaging in short form.
- Comfortable filming and editing your own content, with a good eye for what makes short-form video work.
- A sharp visual sense and an instinct for quality, particularly when it comes to design, lifestyle or premium products.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple pieces of content moving at once without losing quality or consistency.
- Open to feedback and comfortable working closely with a wider marketing team.
- Experience presenting or creating content for a fast-growing or DTC brand on TikTok or Instagram.
- A background in lifestyle, fashion or luxury content.
- Existing presence or following of your own on TikTok or Instagram.
- Genuine creative ownership, with real input into how content looks, sounds and performs.
- The opportunity to become a recognisable face of a fast-growing brand from an early stage.
- A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where good ideas move quickly from concept to camera.
- Real scope to shape your own presenting style and grow your visibility alongside the brand.
