An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Talent Manager to join a highly respected boutique talent agency representing a diverse roster of digital creators and TV personalities.
Working closely with a senior talent manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of broadcast talent while helping to identify and secure new commercial opportunities - including TV & radio appearances & brand partnerships.
The Role
- Assist across a roster of TV personalities, acting as a first point of contact
- Identify, negotiate and secure brand partnerships aligned with each client's personal brand and long-term career goals
- Liaise with producers, casting directors, broadcasters and media owners to source and manage television and on-screen opportunities
- Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate talent schedules, contracts and campaign delivery
- Arrange travel & logistics for shoots & filming projects
- Work alongside senior management to develop long-term career strategies across brand partnerships, television, digital, live events and other commercial opportunities
Requirements
- 2 years experience working within talent or production
- Proven experience to secure and manage brand partnerships
- Experience assisting with or managing unscripted television talent is essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Commercially minded, proactive and passionate about talent management
- A genuine interest in television & entertainment
