We are partnering with an exciting, fast-growing agency that is looking to appoint an Agency Director to lead and scale its Influencer Marketing division. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of an established business by defining the agency's influencer offering, driving commercial growth and leading a high-performing team. Working closely with the founders and senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction of the division while building long-lasting client partnerships and delivering award-worthy influencer campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the agency's Influencer Marketing division, defining its vision, proposition and long-term strategy.
- Own the commercial performance of the division, driving revenue growth, profitability and new business opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients, acting as a strategic advisor and executive-level partner.
- Lead integrated influencer campaigns from strategy through to execution, ensuring exceptional delivery across every stage.
- Develop and refine agency processes, frameworks and best practice to support scalable growth.
