An exciting opportunity to join a leading international group operating across talent, influencers and entertainment. Working across high-profile events, premieres and brand activations, you’ll identify and secure the right talent for each brief. You’ll build relationships with influencers, celebrities and their representatives, negotiate fees and oversee bookings from initial outreach through to attendance. This is an excellent opportunity for a Talent Agent looking to pivot into a booking role - and work alongside influencer, talent & comms teams to deliver top-class activations & events appearances.

The Job

  • Identify and cast relevant talent and influencers for events, premieres and brand activations
  • Reach out directly to talent, creators, agents and managers
  • Create considered talent lists tailored to each client brief, budget audience and campaign
  • Negotiate fees, contracts and booking terms
  • Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation and attendance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the entertainment and influencer industries
  • Coordinate availability, schedules, logistics and talent requirements
  • Keep up to date with emerging creators, talent and cultural trends

Requirements

  • At least six years’ experience within talent management and/or PR
  • An excellent network of contacts across the entertainment and influencer space
  • Confident approaching high-profile talent and negotiating commercial fees
  • A thorough understanding of the creator, entertainment and celebrity landscapes
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple bookings simultaneously
  • A strong eye for matching the right talent to each opportunity
