🎙️ Creator / Podcast / Media

We’re hiring a commercially driven Partnerships Executive for a fast-growing, creator-focused consultancy working across podcasts, social, YouTube and branded media.

This is a hands-on partnerships role for someone who already knows how this world works (brands, agencies, creators, sponsorships).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Turning an existing roster of creators, publishers and clients into commercial opportunities
  • Using your brand / agency network to open warm conversations
  • Building sponsorship packages and partnership proposals
  • Working closely with content and production teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Taking deals from first conversation through to close

This role is ideal if you:

  • Have 2+ years’ experience in partnerships, media sales or sponsorships
  • Bring existing brand or agency relationships
  • Understand podcast sponsorships, creator partnerships and branded content
  • Have worked in or alongside creator-led or talent environments
  • Want a role where you can make an immediate commercial impact

What’s on offer:

  • Base salary + OTE
  • Access to an established roster and warm commercial opportunities
  • High autonomy in a growing business
  • Clear opportunity to grow with the team

If you’re commercially sharp, relationship-led, and want to work at the heart of the creator economy, we\’d love to hear from you.
