ABOUT THE JOB
Our client is looking for a proactive, creative, and organized PR & Talent Assistant to support their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent management within the fast-paced world of digital and entertainment media. You’ll play a key role in supporting both client-facing and back-of-house operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist talent managers with day-to-day needs, including scheduling, diary management, campaign tracking, and liaising with clients, brands, and media
- Help coordinate brand partnerships, from negotiation to execution, including tracking deliverables and deadlines
- Assist with event planning and execution, including press days, appearances, shoots, and influencer events
- Monitor and report on talent and agency social media presence, including engagement and growth metrics
- Maintain internal databases, prepare presentation decks, and assist with contract paperwork and brand briefs
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience (internship or junior role) in PR, influencer marketing, talent management, or media/entertainment
- A strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and current digital trends
- Highly organized, with great attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
