You'll be working with leading sports brands, creators, and athletes to deliver campaigns that stand out, spark conversation, and connect with fans. From big cultural moments to everyday engagement.
This is a hands on and client-facing role where you’ll lead the planning, buying, and optimisation of paid social campaigns to give maximum scale and impact. You’ll be involved from the very start of each campaign, advising on platforms, setting budgets, forecasting results, and ensuring the paid media team works seamlessly alongside organic social and influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution and management of paid social campaigns across various social media platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube and others.
- Work closely with account and creative teams to shape paid media strategies from the outset, advising on platform selection, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximise impact.
- Build detailed media forecasts and set clear performance benchmarks, helping clients understand how paid media can extend the reach and effectiveness of their influencer campaigns.
- Oversee campaign set-up and management, handling in-platform buying across multiple channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) while ensuring smooth integration with influencer-led creative.
- Optimise live campaigns in real-time, analysing performance data and making proactive adjustments to ensure campaigns achieve and exceed agreed KPIs.
- Produce clear, insightful reports for clients, demonstrating campaign effectiveness and providing actionable recommendations for future activity.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of paid media in the influencer and creator economy.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience planning, buying, and optimising paid social campaigns.
- A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, with a proven ability to drive commercial results.
- Passion for UK sport, especially football, with a good understanding of fan culture and how influencer marketing intersects with it.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present recommendations and insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset, balancing creativity, performance, and client satisfaction.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, comfortable working at a pace within a small, ambitious team.
