The Unscripted & Digital Talent Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing talent across unscripted television, digital entertainment, and emerging media platforms. This role bridges the worlds of traditional broadcast, streaming, and social-first content, guiding creators and on-camera personalities to grow their careers while securing high-value opportunities across multiple formats.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sign emerging and established talent across unscripted TV, streaming, YouTube, TikTok, podcasts, and other digital platforms
- Develop personalized career strategies that align with each talent’s brand, creative strengths, and long-term goals
- Guide talent on creating and packaging original unscripted and digital content, including series concepts, branded content, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships with producers, agents, casting executives, brand partners, and platforms
- Secure and negotiate deals including hosting gigs, development agreements, digital campaigns, live events, endorsements, and collaborations
- Manage schedules, contracts, assets, and communications on behalf of talent
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience in digital & unscripted talent management
- Strong knowledge of unscripted TV formats, social media ecosystems, and digital content trends
- Proven track record of developing and monetizing talent careers
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
