South West London - 3 Days In, 2 Days WFH

An exciting opportunity to join a close-knit boutique talent agency representing an established roster of creators across fitness, beauty, lifestyle, food and parenting. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing boutique agency, gain hands-on experience across talent management and PR, and progress your career within the creator industry.

Working closely with the agency’s Senior Talent Managers, you’ll provide day-to-day support across talent management, brand partnerships and PR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Managers with the day-to-day management of their creator rosters
  • Manage diaries, arrange meetings and coordinate campaign schedules
  • Liaise confidently and professionally with both talent and brands
  • Creatively pitch talent to brands for relevant campaigns and commercial opportunities
  • Assist with incoming brand enquiries, negotiations and campaign administration
  • Track campaign deliverables, content approvals, contracts and posting deadlines
  • Assist with gifting, launches and wider PR projects
  • Research brands, industry trends and new commercial opportunities for the roster
  • Attend and support talent at shoots, filming days, events & brand activations
  • Keep creator profiles, media kits, databases and internal systems up to date

About You:

  • Proactive - and able to use your own initiative
  • Highly organised, with excellent diary management and attention to detail
  • Genuinely interested in the creator economy with a finger on the pulse of creator trends
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Previous 6 months - 1 year experience in a talent facing role (management agency, PR, influencer)
  • Friendly, professional and collaborative - with a genuine desire to develop within the industry
