We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised fashion and talent agency for a Social Media Manager to join their growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly creative, fast-paced environment, helping to shape and elevate the agency’s social presence across multiple platforms. Representing an impressive portfolio of internationally recognised talent and working closely with leading names across fashion, luxury, beauty, and lifestyle, the agency is looking for someone who is deeply immersed in social culture, fashion trends, and premium digital storytelling. This role will sit at the centre of the brand and talent marketing function, leading the day-to-day management of social channels while developing engaging, culturally relevant content strategies that strengthen audience engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the brand’s social media channels across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with wider brand and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily content output, ensuring all content is on-brand, visually compelling, and culturally relevant.
  • Work closely with internal creative, marketing, and external partners to deliver engaging social campaigns and launches.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and platform updates to identify reactive and proactive content opportunities.
  • Lead community management across social channels, maintaining a consistent and elevated brand tone of voice.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise engagement and growth.
  • Support content creation, including short-form video, behind-the-scenes content, campaign support, and social-first storytelling.
  • Manage social calendars and coordinate campaign timelines to ensure smooth execution across multiple projects.
  • Contribute creative ideas and strategic input during brainstorming sessions, launches, and campaign planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in social media management within fashion, luxury, beauty, or a related premium consumer sector.
  • Strong understanding of current social trends, digital culture, influencer landscape, and platform best practices.
  • Passion for fashion and luxury brands, with an eye for aesthetics and premium storytelling.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with confidence collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience analysing social performance metrics and applying insights to improve content strategy.
  • Highly proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
