We're hiring a Social Media Manager to join one of the UK's fastest-growing brands, working closely with a top You Tube creator with a huge online audience.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of social channels that sit at the intersection of social media, creator culture and consumer products.

You'll play a key role in shaping content, growing the community and helping the brand stay at the centre of online conversations.

We're looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media.

Someone who understands internet culture, spots trends early and knows exactly what content will land on Tik Tok and Instagram.

What You'll Be Doing Owning day-to-day social activity across Tik Tok and Instagram Managing the content calendar and identifying reactive content opportunities Creating, briefing and publishing social-first content Building and engaging an active online community through comments, DMs and UGC Spotting trends, viral moments and cultural conversations before they peak Supporting product launches, campaigns, competitions and brand activations Working closely with creators, content partners and internal teams Monitoring performance and using insights to improve content and engagement About You 4+ years' experience in social media, content or community management Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and internet culture Experience growing social channels and driving audience engagement Naturally creative, proactive and full of ideas Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where trends move quickly Strong copywriting and communication skills Organised enough to manage a content calendar but reactive enough to jump on opportunities in real time If you're obsessed with social media, understand online communities and want to help build a category-leading brand, we'd love to hear from you.
